Answer: If you don't have a bussiness account you cannot save paypal buttons.    I spoke to a paypal representitive on the phone and that's what it seems like. She didn't even know that. It is only when you click on step two when creating another button that it notifies you that you have to upgrade to a bussiness account in order to save the button. But really the button IS saved but you just cannot access it.   ... View more
