i am absolutely livid! after waiting 90 days for the payment hold to be removed from my account they have reapplied it in less than a week. Their excuse is that i am a high risk ebay seller! how can this possibly be true, i have DSRs of 4.5 or above, never received any negative feedback, 100% feedback, i send everything recorded delivery and always post the tracking information on ebay and paypal, never had a dispute opened against me, i have verified my bank account, i could honestly go on. How can they say i am high risk? I have just emailed them saying if the hold isnt lifted then i want them to give me my money and shut my account. I have had enough of this now, i have done everything they advised me to so i could make sure the hold was lifted and now for no apparent reason they have reinstated it, this proves that it is not for our benefit but for theirs. I hope more people start to realise what a con this is. I wont expect any of the paypal moderators to answer this because they never seem to want to help, i have posted on here before and all the questions before and after mine were answered but not mine. And i dont want the usual automated response of 'its to protect the buyer' because this is crap, i have never had any complaints! i am so sick of paypal holding my money! when i first signed up it told me that for 90 days my money made from sales would be on hold for 21 days or until feedback was left or proof of delivery. this was fine and i am now nearly at 90 days and they are telling me now that i have to be a member of ebay and paypal for 6 months before the hold will be lifted, i am furious, all i want is to be able to access MY money as soon as it goes into my account. please paypal give me 1 good reason why i shouldnt be able to get my money? i have 100% feedback and over 20 DSRs with an average of over 4.5 and no negative feedback so what is the problem?i send all my items by recorded delivery so i always put the tracking information into paypal. so fed up now ... i am really getting sick of having to wait to get my own money!!firstly my money gets put on hold for 21days because i havent been selling for 90 days, then when i can finally withdraw my money it takes another 3 days to go into my bank, i find this incredible as banks can transfer funds to each other within 2 hours by faster payment so why is paypal still in the stone ages? i started selling on ebay because i needed money but it turned out to be a nightmare as its nearly a month before you can get your hands on your money.  thank god its only 11 days until my payments wont get hold anymore, i think its crazy ive had to wait 90 days for the hold to be lifted as i have sold so many items and never had negative feedback or a dispute, i think everyone is being punished for the few dodgy sellers out there. ...
