I understand that paypal is trying to protect the customer but what about us the sellers.You have some buyers that don't leave feedback so trying to get the hold lifted early is a struggle..Personally i think 21 days is just to long.If your tracking states it 's delivered the money should be released 3 days if you have good feedback.and after 7 days with no feedback..Paypal holds our feet to the fire for 21 days this is terrible especially for small sellers.I don't see why its 21 days anyway.Mostly all ebay sellers don't except returns or give refunds after 7 days anyway and this is usually stated on the auction page.This is just crazy to me!!!!!!
You can get your funds 3 days after it has been delivered, you have to give paypal the tracking number and email them and then they release the funds. It is still ridiculous though as i waited 90 days for this 21 day hold to be lifted and in less than a week they have reapplied the hold. So there isnt really a light at the end of the tunnel im afraid. I have told them if they dont lift the hold then will be closing my account.
