I made a claim around an hour ago because a seller didn't deliver the item and when I send a message to see where the item was, the seller would say there is important work going around my house and I can't deal with this now. The question I would like to ask, if I made a claim and the seller would deliver an item tomorrow and the tracking number would start on the 10th feburary (which is tomorrow), will paypal side with the buyer or with the seller ? Also, when paypal says to the seller you must provide tracking information, will their tracking information still be valid (if they deliver after the claim was made) or would it be invalid ? Thanks,
