I bought some concert tickets via Eventbrite. We were sent tickets, not disputing that part at all. However, the band we paid to see cancelled, and did not play the event, which went on without them. There was no notice before or during the event that the band would not play. We waited, and waited until the event was over, with not a peep about the missing band. So of course I asked for my money back. The seller shows that they did provide me tickets, again I do not dispute that. I went to the event, but it was not what I paid for. After much messaging and many phone calls, I got Paypal to reopen the case. Now they're telling me to provide 'documents' that confirm the band wasn't there (no such thing exists). When I see the case in my account, it's still showing as closed, and I cannot give it any documents, or any sort of written content. It's showing very little of my original complaint in the text field, of course it's going to be denied again. I'm already trying to get someone back on the phone, which is harder and harder over here, but does anyone else have a suggestion of how to be able to edit what is essentially a closed case?
