I have had a BIG problem with Pay Pal. I had a buyer in Germany buy some NWOT Kayak Pants. After she received them she filed a claim--without even contacting me first. I then asked her why--all I ever got out of her was item not new --it was. She would not even tell me why she thought it was not new. I told her to send them back and I would give her a full refund. I contacted E-Bay and Pay Pal and they told me she was financially responsible to return the pants. I told this to t he buyer. She was VERY mad. She then in the resolution Center Messaging she left me a message that if I paid to return the pants that she would leave me "good" Feedback. Again I contacted E=Bay and Pay Pal. They both told me that was extortion and if she did leave me negative Feedback they would remove it. Well long story short-she left me the negative feedback-(I did return her original shipping and fee for the pants). Filed a claim and Pay Pal ruled it was not extortion.?????? How is this right?????? In her neg. FB She even complained that the pants were nylon-- it said this in my description. Anybody out there have any ideas on what I should do next??? Thanks, LBT
