I have had recent payment all for £29.95 with different fees. £1.17 , £1.55 and £1,76 . Why is this ?

When I click on "Report a problem" in resolution center it just takes me to the activity page. I cannot report anything ?

Hi, I am trying to test payments in the sandbox site using test bank cards. I have tried several of the test numbers but keep getting the following error..... "We're sorry, we weren't able to add this card. Please check all the details are correct and try again or try a different card." Example test card number -- 4111111111111111 CVV number 123 Any ideas what the issue is ?

My old paypal integration no longer works in updating a database field when a transaction is made. So I have been reading the new way of doing things and it looks like I will need to install dependencies on the server (which wasn't the case before) I have shared hosting so there is no way to install dependencies on the server. Is there any way I can get the payment integration to update a database field on payment completion without having to install server side dependencies ? The only thing I can think of is using just the client side integration and then use actions.redirect to redirect to a page that will then update the database. This will work in principle but there is a chance that payment could be made and then for whatever reason the redirect doesn't take place so the database never gets updated.

Just had an email from paypal about an unaothorised payment. Logged in and gone to resolution center but none of the option I can select are valid. I cannot reply to the paypal email because it is an unmonitored account. And there doesn't appear to be any way to email them about this.

So it doesn't matter how many email addresses I set up, it is only the primary email address that appears on the payers invoice and the only way to have different email addresses apearing on the invoice is to set up 2 paypal accounts with 2 separate bank acccounts. I will just have to make my primary email address a generic one that could apply to both types of payment. Not ideal but it looks like the only thing I can do.

Is there a way to have 2 different email adresses for receiving payments on the same paypal account ? I have set up 2 addresses but when I use an email other than the primary email address to receive a payment, the primary email address still appears on the invoice of the payer. Does it always have to show the primary email address on the payers invoice ? If so then does that mean I have to set up a 2nd paypal account if I want a different email address to show ? and if I do that can I register the same card with the new paypal account ?
