I'm not sure if this is the right section for this topic, I'm new so sorry if it is. I had an eBay customer who filed a dispute against me because the item was faulty, so I had him send back to the manufacturer for a replacement. I clearly explained to him how long the return shipping to the manufacturer and back to him will take, but he raised the dispute to a claim, just because he couldn't wait. I provided him the tracking info as soon as I got it, but Paypal already took my $200 and gave it to him. I'm very sure the item would've arrived by now, but since it's shipped via China Post, the tracking info has not updated yet (very slow like always) to prove it's been delivered. The case has already been closed for a few days, now the customer gets both my money and the item. **bleep**, is an understatement of my feelings now towards Paypal. Is there anyway I could get my money back?
