If you have paid twice for this item through your PayPal account and your credit card, you should contact the merchant directly and explain to them that the payment has been sent twice.
They should be able to look into this further on your behalf and then refund the duplicate payment.
If you wish, you can try contacting customer services in order to determine if there is anything that we can do to dispute the payment for you. We will then let you know if we can dispute the payment on your behalf or not.
