PayPal Community

Hi I bought an Iphone from a person via PayPal and they tricked me into paying as a gift and as I am new to PayPal little did I know that PayPal could not refund the money back for me so I went to the bank asking for A reverse transaction as I did not recieve the product they said no only PayPal can help you. I don't know what to do. Should I contact the poilice?  Plus when I called them they said that they hadn't recieved the payment and they were in an 'investigation' with them. Called PayPal and they said that the person has recieved it which means it cleary was a fraud and PayPal aren't helping at all.Help Anyone? ... View more

Hey I bought a product from ebay but the seller did not get a clear payment so sent me a refund but the purchase did not appear in the transaction (both buying it and my refund), I went to the bank to see if the money was refunded but it wasn't so I want to cancel it and get my refund.
