Sorry but paypal can't help. A "gift" is a present to someone and you don't ask for pressies back again hence you can't dispute the payment. If you used a debit card with paypal then i would go back to the bank and again state that you wish them to do a chargeback for you which they can do as a goodwill gesture......or you will transfer your business elsewhere!!!

Hey I bought a product from ebay but the seller did not get a clear payment so sent me a refund but the purchase did not appear in the transaction (both buying it and my refund), I went to the bank to see if the money was refunded but it wasn't so I want to cancel it and get my refund. Please reply ASAP Thanks.
