I totally agree. If I didn't have money coming in to paypal I would delete my account. For the life of me I cannot understand why It takes 2-3 days to send money to my bank, but when I make a payment it comes out before I can hit enter. It's seems the bigger the amount the longer the wait. So sick of this. Especially when it says transfer complete but still no money. Where is it? A rep at my bank told me that they begin processing my transfer as soon as they receive it. But paypal continues to blame my bank. ... View more

My account WAS verified but I stupidly deleted it and now I can't verify it. Still, the limitations don't effect me. I don't buy on ebay enough for them too. But I did call Paypal to hear that my card was declined when I tried to make the payment. I called the bank and they told me that nothing was declined and that sometimes paypal is iffy with the type of card that I have. Something about needing to have double the amount I'm spending? I'm not entirely sure. I'm calling again to double check because the two items I bought I had more than double the amount of money I was spending. ... View more

I also got this message for something I tried to purchase on Ebay. Oddly enough, I saw that I had seller's fees that I owed to the tune of 60 cents so I paid that thinking maybe it was holding things up. Interestingly enough, that processed through my bank JUST FINE. What's up with that? ... View more

I am also experiencing the same thing. I have a verified bank account and a linked credit card as backup. I do not have a limit on either and have used Paypal with Ebay for a number of years with no issues. Hopefully I will not be charged for trying several times to get a purchase to go through. I finally gave up and purchased the exact item on Amazon because it went through with no troubles. What has happened to Paypal? It used to be simple to deal with.
