I've done all the steps: Profile My Selling Tools Click Update next to My Shipping Preferences Edit Printer Settings Uncheck Print Receipt Save And I was able to print a label without the receipt leaving the second half blank. When I've tried to print again I always get a receipt printed. When I check my settings Print Receipt is still unchecked. I have checked it, then printed a label. Unchecked it again and printed a label it still isn't working. One post I read mentioned that printing without a receipt won't work with multi-order shipping, but I can't find this information anywhere here on Paypal. Is this true? Do I have to process each label separately to get this to work, or is there a bug somewhere that won't allow me to print without the receipt, even thought the box is unchecked. Thanks for any help!
