@DPCreations Typically I do, but he filed it 90 days later. As far as I was aware on ebay, its a 30 day limit? I don't even understand why he was able. I'm already aware that it superceeds, I suppose when I very clearly listed it as a damaged, for parts only, with detailed pictures of all scratches, missing keys, the 7 beep error it was having, ect protected me?

I'm going to give it a shot... I'm pretty sick to my stomach right now as I have no way of paying paypal back the $500 for awhile... and getting scammed like this is utter crap.

Ebay, it was listed as for parts only, not working. I had a no returns policy, and when ebay didn't cover, they filed here on Paypal and somehow won. The listing no longer shows up on ebay, that's how old it is. But the package is CLEARLY lighter and the parts are visably taken.

@lancelotme It is, but that's how much the alienware laptops average for as broken on Ebay, they're high end gaming laptops that NEW are close to 3k Either way, he knew it was for parts only, so him waiting a month is bull crap.

So, I sold a BROKEN, FOR PARTS laptop on Ebay, and the buyer nearly a month later just now decided to try and get a refund saying he doesn't want to spend the extra to get it fixed, and is trying to say the item 'isn't as described'. He filed this claim on paypal and now I am in the red. What can I do? I'm a little scared right now seeing as I do not have $500 to go back in the positive.
