Re: Browser Issue

Just a quick note to say that I think I found the answer to this issue?   It is cookie related, the Internet Explorer browser has not been used to login to Paypal before and PayPal does not detect a login cookie, so it allows me to go straight to the paying by bank card form.   The Chrome browser has been used for logging in to PayPal before, so PayPal detects this and tries to give me the easiest way to check out by taking me to the Paypal login, where I won't need to fill in my address etc.   Best wishes Mike ... Browser Issue

When a customer clicks the square "Check Out" button in Internet Explorer, the next page has the form ready to fill in their details when paying by bank card.   When a customer clicks the square "Check Out" button in Chrome, the next page has no form ready, it basically does the same as the "Checkout With PayPal" button, so the customer has to find the text "Don't have a PayPal Account" as an extra step to reach the form to fill in their card details. This can be confusing for some customers and lead to lost sales.   Is this a known issue? Can it be fixed?   Best wishes Mike ... View more

Customers from Serbia wishing to pay with a card

Hi there,   Customers from Serbia cannot use their bank cards to make a payment as a "paypal guest" in the shopping cart checkout, is this correct, or is there a way for them to make a payment please?   I understand that they don't have Paypal accounts in that country yet, but I thought they would be able to pay with their cards as a guest? Serbia is not listed in the drop down menu for countries in the pay as a guest screen and apparently they aren't getting the link option to get to the pay as a guest with a card screen anyway?   Best wishes Mike  ...
