Customers from Serbia cannot use their bank cards to make a payment as a "paypal guest" in the shopping cart checkout, is this correct, or is there a way for them to make a payment please?
I understand that they don't have Paypal accounts in that country yet, but I thought they would be able to pay with their cards as a guest? Serbia is not listed in the drop down menu for countries in the pay as a guest screen and apparently they aren't getting the link option to get to the pay as a guest with a card screen anyway?
