Only costs about 60p odd more and means if the item does not arrive you can refund the buyer without them going to dispute and claim from R.M. Paypal do not accept emails as proof in the event of a dispute, only a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer. Was the buyer on ebay? If so give them a friendly call > go to advanced search top of paypal pages > contact member left column > fill in the transaction details and ebay will email you their telephone number.
