This seller has been nothing but a headache, sells under different names.  Completely ignored my attempts to contact (trying to run out the clock) but called him/her on it & finally got an RMA.  I sent it back in timely fashion, and seller has refused to pick it up since the 21st.  I can't get through ebay's stystem, which thinks apparently that everything's fine when it's not.   Seller apparently knows how to game the system.   What steps do I take with a seller who's refusing to pick up an agreed-upon return and finally get my refund?  Can't seem to access anyone on this. ...
