After you registered your business email address, did you make it your primary email address?
When you send an invoice from your PayPal account, we would send the invoice and include your primary email address. Unless you have updated your primary email address to show your business email address, we won't show the email address to your buyers when you are sending them an invoice.
You can update your primary email address by going to the Profile option on your account. From here, you can then go to My Details and click Update beside your email address.
