I designed a site for a client some time ago and it's still in use. The client wanted a text box that would allow visitors to add a custom shopping cart item (and price) that wasn't listed on the site. I want to set up an account for a non-profit organization I volunteer for. The organization has an established EIN but PayPal is asking for my SSN. I'm not interested in supplying my personal SSN for this application - even the IRS doesn't require that. Is there some way around this?

I added a user to my business account. He logged into his account and after trying to confirm his email, he sees the message "Check your email to confirm" but no email is ever received. Using a different email address does not work either. I tried calling PayPal but their automated system just hangs up on me. I also tried chat support but they could not solve it. Any ideas?

On a website I created for a client, I changed an item's button code about 3 months ago to display a new item and price. Now when a buyer receives their "Notification of payment received" email, the item in question still shows the old item and price, almost like it's being cached somehow. I have tried changing the code several times but it has no effect. Any idea how to fix this? My client is getting angry... 😞

OK, let me try again... 🙂 Using my computer, I sent a PayPal payment request to someone's phone (by just sending it to their phone #) several days ago. A couple of days later, I sent a payment "reminder". They still haven't paid me yet, so now I want to update the reminder text and re-send it, but I don't see any way to do this. If I try to edit the main message window in Money Request Details (i.e., when I'm sending a payment reminder), nothing is saved when I click on "Submit". Is there a way around this? Here's a screen shot illustrating the problem. I tried contacting PayPal about this issue but just received a canned non-applicable response, followed by a "PayPal needs your feedback" email 😞
