Right, difficult to explain but, basically I sold an item about a week/10 days ago on eBay for £53 and the guy said he hasn't received it so has opened up a case, therefore my funds are being held.  The following day I sold another item on eBay for £70 thus leaving me £17 in my PayPal account.   Since both of these transactions I have had a completed unrelated item refunded by a seller on eBay for the value of £14.99.   I have now just viewed my statement and it reads this:   http://s995.photobucket.com/albums/af73/leahreeman123/?action=view&current=Screenshot2012-05-10at180632.png  I have not transfered ANYTHING to my bank account and/or credit card (I don't even have a credit card!!)   But my balance is reading £0.00   Have I been hacked or a victim of fraud?   Any answers would be great, thanks in advance. I sold an item on eBay for £53.99 the guy has opened a case because he says he has yet to receieve the item. Shortly afterwards, I sold another item on eBay for £70.00. There was only £16.01 in my PayPal account, I can only assume this is because there is a case open on eBay for £53.99   Is this right?
