Thank you for the advice. It is now totally obvious to me that he bought a similar set from another supplier, which for whatever reason were no good and then bought a set from me and is now trying to pass off this bad set as mine. Despicable really! I have spoke to PayPal just in case, but until if/when he raises a complaint they will/can not do anything. I have photographic evidence which shows clearly his fraud, so I now wait for his next move.

Hi all, I have sent a customer some stickers and he is claiming them to be faulty. He has sent me pictures of what he is claiming the problem is, but on closer inspection it is very obvious that the pictures sent are not my stickers! He has not raised a claim (as yet) but I want to be able to pre-empt the situation before I confront him. Mine are the black outlines and what he is complaining about are the off white items under. You can see that the letters are nowhere near the same font. I cannot find any way of making a complaint to PayPal, they only seem interested in buyer protection. Thanks

Hello, so what you are saying is, I need to keep whatever payments I receive in their original currency, just in case I need to make a refund??? This does not explain how or why PayPal should go to my bank account which is in Sterling and has never been any other currency at all. All that i ask is, if I need to make a refund, why cannot I simply take funds from my PayPal account and change them into whatever currency I need?

Maybe, but I was not given the option. My bank account is in UK Sterling, as is my PayPal account, so why Paypal chose to take funds from my bank account and not my PayPal balance is beyond me, especially as there were far more than adequate funds in the PayPal account.

Hello, the original payment would I think have been in US dollars as it was from a USA customer, which I accepted as a UK Sterling payment. If PayPal can do this why can they not do the same in reverse?

Hello, I recently refunded a customer who mistakenly ordered twice for the same item (?). The refund was taken directly out of my bank account and not my PayPal balance despite there being more than adequate funds available. I would prefer any refunds to be taken from my PayPal balance and not my bank account, how can I do this? Thanks

Hello, I work and live in 2 countries, France and the Uk. I have PayPal accounts in both countries but all my income comes is £'s Sterling regardless of which country I am in at the time. My question is, can I transfer monies from one account to the other (in £'s) and if so is there a cost attached to this type of transaction? Many thanks,
