I'm not entirely sure when, but i set up an account a while back, and added my visa card to that account. I can no longer access that account, even if i go through the password recovery. So i decided to make a new account but now it wont let me add my card to that account. So i i am now unable to use paypal. So what i need to know is, can i retreive my information for my original account any way that is not automated? ie recovery email? is there a way i can actually be able to add my card to my new account?
