I cannot get the notify_url to fire at all in the Sandbox environment. IPN SImulator gives "IPN was sent and the handshake was verified." message. URL is active/online/accessible and gives no errors when accessing directly. The entire sandbox transaction processes perfectly except for the IPN not being being called via the notify_url parameter. I am at my wit's end trying to figure this out.

It is almost impossible to find information about cash back and now it's getting harder and harder to collect it. You need to call them, which is the last thing I want to do. It seems to be the only way. I guess they're hoping we won't notice?

I had to end up calling them (which I HATE, HATE, HATE) and being on hold for at least 10 minutes. They said they would credit my account and within 1 day, I was credited, but don't think the amount was correct, but better than nothing. This month (January) I have not received my cash back for December, so it looks like I need to call them AGAIN. It seems to be the only way to remedy the situation. Completely unacceptable.

I usually receive my cash back reward by the 4th or 5th of the month and I didn't get anything yet this month and it's the 13th. I have contacted PayPal numerous times and they won't answer me. I should have at least $30.00 coming back to me. I use my PayPal card for many signature/credit purchases each month totalling between $2000 and $3000 and should be getting cash back. I'm upset that I have not yet received my money. What's up, PayPal?

Yes! I usually get it by the 5th of the month and nothing yet. I have emailed customer service 3 times now and they keep telling me I need to call an 800 number to get an answer. I hate making phone calls and refuse to do so. There is no reason someone can't respond to an email to let me know why I haven't yet received my cash back from my November purchases. I am very upset with PayPal, but slightly comforted to know that I am not alone with this problem.
