Hi, My wife is unable to access her account via the SMS system because she is not receiving the security text when she requests it. The following day the text turns up, then the day after she received another one, then two days after that yet another. (all different digits by the way) We have checked her account and changed her (strong) password as a precaution, hope this stops the recurring sms's but still none received at time of request. Anyone any solution or similar problem?
