still - good thinking. but just one apeal to them would not make a sense. we all should do so . I did move on again and again, but now I am just stunned! Buyer purchased item named"valance" Pretended it to be curtains (set of 2). PayPal rulled - buyer was right 9as always). So, should i ship curtains in stead valances from now? Absurdity that's what do payPal and Ebay create. So greedy - they have no limits in breaking the law. United - we stand. Time to? ... View more

in sale's policy it was written (probably), that byer pay's returning shippuing. if so - You were informed about condition of this sale. What is the problem now, when you need to follow those conditions? The best for You would cooperate with seller , because  for now You do pretend to change the rules on the gameafter it was over. TYalk to seller - You both will find better solution, than this Resolution center, that solves NOTHING ... View more

The resolution process of PayPal is designed to rip You off  : they would never make a decision on seller's side. The major reason is - PayPal and Ebay are benefit from their decision in buyer's favor - they are keeping the fee for transaction they canceled as dispute outcome. It is certainly NOT legal to medeate the case, where mediator benefits from outcome. But Ebay and Paypal are closeley connected monsters, that do not follow the law but exercise only : "Because I said so".   you may be 100 times right, but they just said so, and You lost. And will always lose. Until after the 3d party would be involved. The 3d party like lcouyrt, Better Business Bureau and Public Commition of their state.   I guess, it is time to try so.   ...
