A large purchase was made on my store but I quickly realised it was fake as the delivery address was to my own village and the post code was wrong and there was no street as named. 24 hours after placing the order I was asked to refund the money to the purchaser. I have refused.
I have tried to contact PayPal to advise them of the issue but the does not seem to be an avenue where a merchant may contact them. Eventually I sent a report as a purchaser but 48 hours later no response. Tried again today.
