Papal did not send a confirmation code when I activated my account, but they sure did get the $1.95. So they have confirmed my account but I still get the "not able to access account at this time" I don't want to keep pumping money into Papal to get this fixed. There is no "live person" who works at Paypal and virtual "Sarah" is of no help. I've canceled one purchase due to this issue and I have another one pending that I do not want to cancel because they only use Papal....not smart. I can not express how frustrated I am; and I feel totally at the mercy of Paypal.
