This issue is still happening for me. I have the receipt and transaction # but it’s not showing up in my PayPal account. PayPal customer service keeps sending me AUTOMATED MESSAGES IN RESPONSE TO MY QUESTIONS. I’ve never been treated so poorly by the customer service of any other company - this has to be the worst. I opened a dispute for the transaction and the seller has been sending me messages, but I CANT SEE the claim or messages because it ISNT ON MY ACCOUNT. This is ridiculous and unprofessional - their payment platform is literally not working how it should.

In my summary, I can't see approximately one month's worth of transactions. From Nov 18 to Dec 14, there are NO transactions in my activity even though I HAVE made paypal purchases. I have tried 3 different web browsers, tried clearing my cache, disk cleanup to no avail. I turned off my ad blocker for paypal's website, so I do not know what is wrong. HELP! Because one transaction that is missing from my activity is one I have had problems with a seller on ebay, I was able to get a refund but since that transaction isn't showing up, I do not know what to do. Also, I have another transaction I CAN see, but the refund has been pending since Dec 15th. Is there something wrong with this? How long do transactions take to refund?

Yep, I had the exact same problem, I simply called PayPal directly and they check to make sure that there are not any transactions pending, and then remove the card manually, it only took 5 minutes, so if you have this problem, please do call them.
