I hate to tell you but this is how PayPal is going to handle this situation. They are going to side with you, you win. Except you have to send the piece of crap back. Here's the clincher, you have to send it back to China. Don't care if you didn't buy it from there or you didn't receive it from there that's where PayPal insists you send it. It will cost as much to send it back as it would to keep it. So first if you paid debit or credit call your bank and ask for a charge back, if this fails go to solution 2. This is solution 2 ......and this scamming company taught us this. Buy the cheapest postcard you can find, ship it to China to the address PayPal gives you, get a tracking number. Okay, you have lots of company so let me help you. First the company will offer you $10-$20 to just keep that worthless piece of caca. File a complaint with PayPal, they are going to find in your favor BUT they will agree you have to send it back to the seller in CHINA. I k kw, you k kw and PayPal knows you didn't receive it from China, they don't care. If you take it to UPS it's going to cost you $80 to send it back. In order to get a refund you have to play their game. AZCozy taught us this. Go get the cheapest postcard you can find, send it to the address they give you with tracking. It will show it was delivered and PayPal should refund your money OR just forget all that, file a complaint with PayPal but get in touch with your bank and file a charge back to get your money back. PayPal does not have your back here, they no longer guarantee your purchases, they get their money from the seller so you have to play it their way. ... View more

@PayPal_paula , I see you giving advice to go to the resolution and file a complaint.  Are you reading our feedback?  Most of us have done that and Paypal backs the scammers, I sent at least 8 different names that this company sells under, called the numbers for the addresses this company says is theirs, I get the REAL business owners on the phone and they tell me I'm not the first to call, they have never heard of this company, they don't sell quilts or rugs and the AZCozy/Tepid/Printable have never shipped or done business at any of these addresses.  Paypal doesn't give a crap, they tell us they ruled in our favor, yippee, and then tell us all we have to do is ship the quilt to China (even though we didn't buy from China, didn't receive it from China, etc.).  So the cost to us is $80 shipping to get $89 back.  How is this ruling in our favor?  This company also has been known to send a post card to anyone in the same zip code as the order so they have a tracking number.  If paypal would even bother to check the "item" that has a tracking number that Printable has sent is an ounce, not pounds.  So if we receive a piece of garbage Paypal sides with them and if Printable sent a post card and provides Paypal with the tracking number to anywhere in the same zip Paypal also sides with them.  When researching this I've found hundreds of folks posting about this company, I certainly wasn't the first person to complain, Paypal is aware of how horrible this company is but still backs them, Paypal is just worried about recouping their money, they could give a rats behind if we are scammed or not.  That is why I have filed complaints with BBB about Printable and Paypal. ... You're missing the point that we never bought anything from China, my item was sold from Texas, I received it from Texas, it's a piece of crap and they want me to send it back to China. I know better now but 6 months ago I thought I was savvy enough to be able to spot a scam. I've learned better now. But please don't assume those if us that got scammed are illerate. ... View more

If you search scammers and PayPal you can read hundreds of folks that have tried and failed. I was denied because I wanted to know why I had to send it to China after buying from Texas. They sent me a canned reply telling me they are closing my request because I didn't submit the tracking number. Never did anyone answer my question. So....I filed a complaint with BBB and PayPal decided to call me, once, at my job in the middle of surgery which the surgeon would have my job if I answered, then again yesterday, while I was on airplane mode because I was in the air in a plane. Their response to my complaint is to say they've tried twice to contact me but they stand by their decision. You can read it on BBB site, Google PayPal and AZCozy scamming I think. ... View more

Paula, I had filed a claim with the resolution center. That was a joke. My problem is I received a piece of cheap junk, nothing like what was advertised. I got it from Texas. They wanted me to send it to China before I could get my refund. I received notification PayPal sided with me but to get my money I needed to send it to China at my expense. So bottom line they sided with the scammers knowing full well the company was doing this and they have numerous complaints about this company. Hurry and take a screen capture of your winning bid, photos of the one you ordered, all of them and then do the same thing with the new post selling it. Make sure you include the eBay number in every shot. You might also just call eBay and have them check it out. ... View more

Update on my fiasco with PayPal and the scamming folks at AZCozy. PayPal had closed my dispute after ruling I needed to send the piece of crap I received back to China at my expense (never bought it from China, bought and shipped from Texas). So I filed a charge back with my bank and got my money back BUT PayPal opened my case back up now. Wonder if they are now going to help the scammers even further. ... View more
