IN Summary: Sold a teapot and posted it to the States:: Buyer says Item arrived damaged: Make claim to post office (insurance taken out) One month later I get photographs that show damage (Damage not visible on original listed item photographs) after 92 days buyer makes claim to credit card company. I have a £212 payment reversal put on my account byAn un-named organisation , I send all information regarding sale i.e. 20 pages of photographs etc. etc. to An un-named organisation Ring An un-named organisation and they say "you have an excellent case, you have done more than most people to solve this and you OBVIOUSLY are going to win this case". An un-named organisation then find ( days later) they "cannot defend my case" and the chargeback stands. An un-named organisationwill not involve themselves in helping me get the teapot back. An un-named organisationwill not involve themseves in contacting the credit card company to assist in getting the teapot back. An un-named organisation charge me for the privilege of them doing NOTHING to help. An un-named organisation agree that if anyone sells an item and it turns out to be faulty (for whatever reason :)) the seller should be entitled to the item back if a refund is given , but THEY talk the talk but thats all they do. An un-named organisation say they have a seller protection scheme, I can only quote Jim Royle The return of the item relies on the goodwill of the buyer!!, Its bad enough being clobbered by An un-named organisationdoing a chargeback on the account 3 months after the sale but to not even get help to get the item back stinks, I imagine this will get deleted by An un-named organisation but at least I have had my say.
