I am so glad I was able to help you out in the previous post.
Here is how you can create a button: Log in to your PayPal account, Click “Merchant Services,” select your button type under “Create Buttons,” Complete Step 1 with your button details, Click “Create Button,” and Click “Select Code.”
Copy and paste the HTML button code to your website while logged in as the administrator.
In step one you can click "Add drop-down menu with price/option" - this will allow you to add several options for your buyers to choose from. You can also include a text box. When you create the button in your PayPal account you can look to the right and that is what the button should look like on your website.
