We bought a freezer from a guy, picked it up already, and paid using PayPal. He says his account states that the money is being held until we confirm that we've received the freezer. However, we can't find anywhere for us to convey to PayPal that we indeed have the freezer. I have no idea what to do to help the guy because the money has been removed from our account already.
