Well I was buying some virtual items off the site GoldICQ - Oh don't get me started at how idiotic I was to fall for these guys. My friend used them a year back and said it was fast and safe(it was for him). After buying it and waiting a long time, I decided to Google search there credibility, the amount of reports for there scamming is outrageous. It looks like they started a credible site to get buyers and then started the scam. I seen that both buyer and seller protection from paypal does not include non tangible items, such as virtual game currency, but does that mean if I further the dispute I will automatically loose? I've opened the dispute to the company, and I've received no reply, I also heard that if we do not solve it after the 20 days, the seller wins automatically.. So this is what I am thinking here: -I've been blatantly Scammed. -Opened dispute -They don't answer anything TWO PATHS NOW: FIRST - Further the dispute -Papal realizes its Virtual -Closes dispute in sellers favor Second -Don't further dispute -They win automatically. So what do I do? They can ignore me and still win :S HOW DOES THAT WORK? Surely if they do not answer they are the most likely guilty party? And this just seems to me like a scam that is too easy to use, and works every time for the seller.
