A customer of mine reserved 2 spaces at my farmers market. Then she opened a dispute because paypal didn't honor her request to pay the total fee in 4 installments.
I provided PayPal with the reservations receipt and added that this dispute had nothing to do with me. Then PayPal asked for a shipment label. I responded that it was a service, not a product.
Then PayPal agreed to refund my vendor who, as a result, attended the events for free while I got charged $15.
