How do I request the postage refund as directed by USPS? Label was created through PayPal, This international shipment was returned to me, the shipper, due to service suspension. I am requesting a refund of $100.50 for the EMS postage as directed to me by the USPS. Thanks for any help! Dale

I had same issues as all above have had, and I've been with PP since its beginning. Make sure you have a MOBILE number that is CONFIRMED. If you need help to get in there, lmk, and I'll help direct you there.

I thought I was the only one who noticed it has never worked. I've been with PayPal since almost its beginning and that filter has never worked. Just today, I finally asked the question to PayPal. They haven't replied directly to the question yet. I'll post if they say anything of importance. Dale

Hi, are you using the 'free' PayPal on your website, I think it is called Standard? That may be the issue. I'm pretty sure you can not autosettle daily with the standard PayPal on your website. I use PayPal Website Pro and that may be the difference. Dale

Hi, you can have money transferred automatically into your account daily,. Log into your account, click My Account, go to Withdraw Money. Scroll down that page to the Settlement Payments information and follow the link. I've used PayPal since its inception, and use PayPay Website Pro with my web site and I have nothing but positive experiences with it. Hope that helps. Dale

An eBay customer purchased an eBay item from me and paid for it through PayPal. Buyer claims there is a double charge for it. There is no double payment from the buyer on my PayPal account. What happened, and why is there a double charge showing on her credit card account? Thanks, Dale

Thanks for the reply, I had tried the Business Portal t but couldn't find what I wanted. I did find it on on the My Account page by clicking on payments received and then working through the drop down menus, I found the last option was virtual terminal.
