Paypal and Ebay error "username already taken", but the confuding thing is, that its MY ebay username! and ive received payments and made payments previously!   I was trying to link the two so I could sort out the postage for an ebay Item I had sold, as it wouldn't verify the address til I had linked my ebay and paypal (which i thought I had already done) and to cure the error I thought I would re-enter the ebay information and submit, but, it removed my ebay info and gave me the old "username already taken" message.   Any help please?! ... I have set up my account through paypal without a hitch, and realised that I need to verify my account. Followed procedure, waited for the bank transactions, clicked on verify acccount again. Message pops up saying "this account is already in use" I try again, wait for another transaction to happen, and with the same error message. Im not trying to ADD a bank account, Im trying to verify the one I already have on there! This is very frustrating, and everything I try, the confounded error message pops up!
