I need to speak to a US based investigator to resolve a theft by fraud case which does not fit any of the help desk workflows. The offshore servicing of my case adds no value if it is not understood by the analyst. I am victim from a clever theft technique which I can explain to someone who is willing and able to understand how the theft was conducted-How do I escalate and get an audience from a real investigator? Open a case with SEC? I cant even get an investigator to respond to his linkedIn profile 😞 COME ON PAYPAL! HELP ME OUT HERE!
