Yeah I didn’t get any help either I tried to dispute my case re submitted it and still nothing! But I noticed below your comment here someone has disputed it by written a letter to Paypal. All my info is on my phone and I don’t have internet nor a PC to do any of that. I did save all my info even from the website. To me the is fraud ! This ring they sent is nowhere near the value what anyone has purchased through this company. We have have been scammed. And still being scammed and PayPal doesn’t do anything about protecting the customer. I saved all my information on the site and items purchased along with the site that can’t be accessed anymore and emails I have contacted the supplier several times and you know that answer to that of course. Yeah I got nowhere here! I disputed my claim and got the same BS. I saved all the sites information contacted distributor for refund, And still nothing. Seems PayPal doesn’t nothing looks at the claim said you received your package (Not what you ordered) and said case closed! Maybe we should sue PayPal for scamming ... View more

I keep getting the same email. Also got one from Amazon. I called them it wasn’t any email they sent. I believe the same for this account, someone want you to click on the email to verify information . Don’t do it! They want your personal information. There is no way to contact Paypal over the phone. You have to text a message and a stupid robot can’t answer your question. They will send it to an assistant within a few hours. I never get that far for them to answer. This site is to confusing. ... Same here I order the umbrella, swing and pool cleaner and they sent a cheap ring. Good luck on Paypal they won’t do nothing! Already tried to dispute it and they said I received the package. That’s a joke! ... View more
