To me the is fraud ! This ring they sent is nowhere near the value what anyone has purchased through this company. We have have been scammed. And still being scammed and PayPal doesn’t do anything about protecting the customer. I saved all my information on the site and items purchased along with the site that can’t be accessed anymore and emails I have contacted the supplier several times and you know that answer to that of course. Yeah I got nowhere here! I disputed my claim and got the same BS. I saved all the sites information contacted distributor for refund, And still nothing. Seems PayPal doesn’t nothing looks at the claim said you received your package (Not what you ordered) and said case closed! Maybe we should sue PayPal for scamming ... View more

I keep getting the same email. Also got one from Amazon. I called them it wasn’t any email they sent. I believe the same for this account, someone want you to click on the email to verify information . Don’t do it! They want your personal information. There is no way to contact Paypal over the phone. You have to text a message and a stupid robot can’t answer your question. They will send it to an assistant within a few hours. I never get that far for them to answer. This site is to confusing. ... Yes I place an order and didn’t receive what I ordered , in return they sent a cheap ring . I disputed the charge and company but Paypal said I receive my items and pay pal closed my case. It took them 2 months. I didn’t order no cheap ring. Far from it, not even close. The company took down their website as well. I have contacted them several times by email and still no reply!
