It is wasteful and just plain stupid to require more than one page for a single, simple transaction. This is what happens when management doesn't care about customer service and let techies make changes without validation or control. Change is back to one page. ... View more

Was very happy to read your topic.  As an etsy seller who sells a lot of items to Canada it was so frustrating to either stand in line for ages at the PO or pay the International Priority or Express rates, which are totally unrealistic for some buttons, craft supplies or yarn.  So I was so happy when they let us use the ebay for a few months, and absolutely brokenhearted when they snatched it back.  Bad paypal....I would like to write paypal a note to tell them please, please give it back to us none ebay users.    Meanwhile, I keep all my paypal sale confirmations, so maybe I will try that changing information thiing and hopefully we will be soon be part of the "in crowd".  Thanks for the tips.  If they get upset at least they will know why we have to restort to it. ... As long as your customer paid you using PayPal, fill out the info like you would for a normal, 1-label shipment, confirm and print your label, and then the page that appears should have a link for "Multiple Shipments" or something similar. Click that and it returns you to the label page and then you can enter the details for the 2nd box.   good luck! ... View more

PayPal won't accept the weight information from your shipping label as evidence in a dispute.   You could enter any weight you want on the shipping label, but that doesn't prove that the package actually weighs that much when delivered to the buyer - nor whether it was the item or bricks. ... If you don't have an open transaction pending with your customer, I don't think there is a way to re-ship to them from within PayPal (at least, I haven't found a way)...I go directly to the USPS site in cases like these, and make sure to include the buyer's email address so they get the tracking info directly from USPS...   Good luck! ...
