Mine changed on 12/4/2020, no explanation, but it's not just the email receipts, it's also in PayPal's transaction details. I agree that PayPal could tighten up the layout of their receipt emails, but I've learned that it also depends on which email program (& possibly browser) I use to access the receipt email; when I used Yahoo it was more compact, but switching to Gmail has meant a minimum of 2 pages. Firefox does have a couple different add-ons that allow you to edit a webpage before printing it, but PayPal's layout in table format makes this more difficult.   Anyone else figure this one out yet? ... I'm desperate to have it back, too! It's so unprofessional to yank an important feature like this without any warning or explanation (much less an ETA of returning the functionality)...a little communication goes a long way, PayPal!   In the meantime, I've downloaded an app from USPS.com called "Shipping Assistant" which at least will print out the customs forms/shipping labels...but I don't have a postage meter, so it just calculates the postage and I either use stamps, or take it to the PO...   Bring back the eBay shipping interface so we can have International First Class, please! ... I've got a similar problem; I sell an item on Etsy, use Paypal to generate the shipping label (which is now accessing the eBay shipping database apparently), and after confirming & printing label, there is no longer a popup which enables me to close the label page and go back to my PayPal page...no biggie, but when I do get back to PP, the tracking number and  shipping confirmation are not showing, and I have to enter the info manually.   I haven't had it switch back to erase that info, though...are you entering any tracking info when you mark it shipped?   I'm glad we non-eBayers now have access to the eBay shipping database, but I wish they'd ironed out a few more of the kinks first!   good luck... ... As long as your customer paid you using PayPal, fill out the info like you would for a normal, 1-label shipment, confirm and print your label, and then the page that appears should have a link for "Multiple Shipments" or something similar. Click that and it returns you to the label page and then you can enter the details for the 2nd box.   good luck! ... View more

If you don't have an open transaction pending with your customer, I don't think there is a way to re-ship to them from within PayPal (at least, I haven't found a way)...I go directly to the USPS site in cases like these, and make sure to include the buyer's email address so they get the tracking info directly from USPS...   Good luck! ... Sorry, the 2lb for A, 4lb for B equation doesnt' seem to work for me; can you explain a little further? The regional boxes have 8 different prices per each lb, depending on location. how could a fixed price be accurate?   Never mind, I was looking at the wrong chart!     eBay announced the Regional boxes' availability yesterday, 3/7/11; hopefully it won't be much longer til PayPal is configured to deal with them... ...
