I receive payments from walmart.com to hyperwallet, which is a division of paypal. hyperwallet gives me their own 1099 to report the income made from walmart.com. I am able to trasnfer that to paypal when I am paid. Paypal however is listing these payments as goods and services and reporting them on their 1099, so I am being double reported/taxed, for my walmart income. once on hyperwallets 1099, and a 2nd time on paypals 1099 from the transfers. How do I get this corrected. I need this done to file correct taxes and not be double taxed. Thanks

yes I know we can't link bank accounts anymore. That is not my issue. My issue is I was notified several times that transactions were decline by my paypal Debit Mastercard, but it would be SO HELPFUL. to know WHAT WAS DECLINED. SO I can go pay that wiht another card that does have room. Anyone know how to find that ASIDE FROM CALLING customer support? Freaking waste of time....

Mine was because it was pulling money form my ebay sales until managed payments kicked in. Then they would send me emails saying I was in Default because they weren't getting money form ebay, but they were being paid by my other sales avenues. But when I applied last night it wasked if I wanted to link to ebay and I said no.

I paid off my loan and waited 5 days. On day 6 it finally said it was paid off. I applied again and got my loan instantly. A bit less than my last one but the thing I DID NOT DO was connect my ebay store which was the first thing it asked me if I wanted to do. If you apply for the loan DO NOT connect your ebay store. Because you will be automatically defaulting. as the loan is set to take money from ebay. If it can't you are in default. I also talked to a person with working capital last week, and she said the majority of people who aren't getting it or declined is their erratic/inconsistent payments, due to the start of managed payments with ebay. Some people waiting 6 months to make payments etc...whereas you are supposed to be making a certain amount of payments toward the loan every 90 days. So yeah. Got my loan and no problems at all! I also sell on etsy and paypal is able to get money through etsy now as they have a bank account set up for the etsy payments to go through. They should do that with ebay as well. I also have websites that collect my money and send it to paypal. All my eggs are not with ebay.

I got an email today saying I was in default, read the text below. And it confirms my reasons in the above message, PWC isn't giving loans right now for several reasons I am seeing. 1) is covid-19, and 2) ebay managed payments. They tried to offer me $68 a month payment to PWC to help me pay off my loan, and I asked her, are you even looking at my loan? She did say yes and I asked what was my remaining balance and she told me. and I said and how much am I paying now? She said oh you are over paying, so there's no default in payments, and I asked then why do I need the 68$ a month payments? She said it's just something we're offering people who were switched to managed payments to help them pay off their loans. I said well I don't think I am needing the help. And since I have you on the line, are you guys giving loans still? Yes we are she said. I said because on teh forums everyone is saying they are getting errors and being declined. So can you tell me why? She said no I don't really know. So you really don't know if they are giving loans or not do you? NO not really , she said. Even though you've had previous loans and paid them off on time, you're not going to get a loan most likely, and this is due to Covid-19. Many working capital loan places are doing the same exact thing. I've gotten a few a Working capital loans through paypal, paid them all on time but I doubt I'll get one when I pay this one off in about 2 weeks. I get a Working Capital Loan through another venue call Kabbage. It's a revolving working capital loan, but when covid-19 caused places to shut down they stopped lending. Why? Because they are worried about people just maxing out the loans and not paying them back. Even though we are able to because many of us are eCommerce people, they aren't going to do it. I've got ebay managed payments BUT I still pay my loan off regularly because I have a website that sells my products AND working capital also paired up with Etsy to make direct deposits to paypal so working capital can get some of that money too. I thought about paying off my loan here early like some of you have done but after reading that none of you are getting the loans, they can just get what comes in each day. No big deal. So with the money that was goign towards working capital on a daily basis, why not put theat aside as if you were still paying working capital and build up some account balance to use instead of getting a loan? That's what I'm going to be doing. I'll update this when I apply again and see if I get denied too. Good luck.
