Can anyone help please. I sold an item on ebay. The buyer bidded and won. They tehn made a payment via paypal. Trouble is it never came into my account. That was over 10 days ago... On checking with the buyer I found out that the e-mail addres they used was a very old one. It was left on ebay and I assumed that ebay had my new one. I have now changed this and have changed it on my paypal account. Does anyone know how I can get the payment directed from the old e-mail adress to my new one and have the payment put into my account? Thanksi
