I have the technical dept. now checking my issue with PAD and have been given a link to send pics of my' purchase confirmation' and 'option to pay' screens. Whether this will achieve anything or not I don't know but it might be worth you making a full complaint to Paypal as I have done.

I am at a loss to comprehend how Pay after delivery works and having contacted Paypal on numerours occasions I am non the wiser. I am well aware that there is a security factor that can affect whether it is on offer but that is not my experience. I have been told that it depends how many people are opting to use PAD as to whether it is available because Paypal may not have enough funds to cover these requests! I have also been advised that your Paypal account must be in good order for a PAD transaction to be issued i.e. no outstanding payments that have not been cleared. My Paypal account is in good order and despite being able to use PAD quite frequently in the past, I find that although my bank account is linked to Paypal and that the PAD is showing as an option, I have been unable to use it at all in the last few months. Has anyone any idea has to why this has occurred?

That explanation is not acceptable because it doesn't make sense with my previous experience of using PAD. It isn't working AT ALL NOW whereas a couple of months ago, I was using it regularly. Customer Servies has advised me there are problems with the system so either get it sorted or don't offer it as an option to me.

PAD still not working for me despite constant emails to PayPal who assure me everything is now ok. Was using PAD on a regular basis and it shows as my preferred method of payment, however, cannot access it anymore. Anyone got any ideas, my Paypal and Ebay are not linked as I was advised that it could be an issue, so I am at a loss to comprehend what is going on!

Was using it on a regular basis, now it never works. Customer Services cannot help as they don't know themselves. Have been told it is a technical issue but it has been going on now for several weeks, Have just given up on it now.

I was advised to cancel the link between my Paypal and Ebay accounts, it worked once but not any more. PAD has caused me endless problems, on several occasions in the past, the option was shown as available but when I paid and confirmed, I found that the amount had been taken directly from my bank acount. Paypal admitted it was happening but couldn't resolved the issue satisfactorily. It seems to be a very hit and miss option.
