Same problem here. I don't know why the forum system labels this topic as solved because it certainly wasn't. However, I just called Paypal customer service and received this information: The rep said that in viewing the particular purchase I am concerned about, he saw my address as confirmed and OK. I replied that he may see it as confirmed, but I see it as unconfirmed and the important question is how does the seller see it? He said the seller is seeing it as confirmed, but the rep would send the seller an email to OK the address and inform the seller that he is covered under the seller protection. He also mentioned something about receiving a lot of calls concerning this address thing. So if you have this same issue, please call customer service. The more calls they receive, the sooner they will want to quit wasting their time on phone calls and fix the problem.
