I know!  I keep getting false error messages.  They keep saying that they are “improving” the website but so far I don’t see it.  It’s just making it worse on members.  The purpose of having it is so that we don’t have to give out private information but now that’s what they keep asking for!  That makes no sense unless you’re a seller.  They even took away the option of using prepaid cards!  The point of those cards is to be safe!  ... I’m having a similar problem where it says I have reached my limit even though the account clearing shows that I have not.  I read the instructions at the bottom and it says this often occurs in unverified accounts.  That is such BS but whatever.  It’s great to be safe but it should be practical too.  Safe online = not using private information and yet that’s what they want from people.  Anyone else think that’s a big problem?  However, it also reads that the balance will reset itself every month using the signup date.  Ex: Signed up in March 7 so on April 7 it refreshes.  ... After you add a card you should be told to verify/confirm it.  There should be a red link on your main account page that makes this request.  On your credit/debit card statement there should be a ####PayPal type of assignment to one of the charges.  This is the code you need.  Sometimes you may have to wait a while for the code to show or need to try to have the code sent again. ...
