I’m having a similar problem where it says I have reached my limit even though the account clearing shows that I have not. I read the instructions at the bottom and it says this often occurs in unverified accounts. That is such BS but whatever. It’s great to be safe but it should be practical too. Safe online = not using private information and yet that’s what they want from people. Anyone else think that’s a big problem? However, it also reads that the balance will reset itself every month using the signup date. Ex: Signed up in March 7 so on April 7 it refreshes.
