Where's that $10 credit I was promised for adding my bank account?

I did as I was asked and baited with $10 credit to my account for adding my bank. It's been a couple of weeks now. When might I be seeing that?

You can add another duped PayPal member!!!  I have not rec'd the $10 credit promised for linking my bank account thus limiting my protections from fraud.  Now I have to go through the trouble of unlinking my bank account and worry that PayPal will leak my banking information (either intentionally or via a fraudulent attack).  PayPal **bleep**!!!

I did lodge a complain as a fraud transaction.

Only difference is that the fraud to my understanding is done by Paypal and not the merchant from whom I bought an item. Let's see what happens.

Where was this promotion?  There was an ad. for $10 using moneypak, but you had to sign up with moneypak first to get the credit.  If it's real.

Hey paypal I was prompted that if I added a bank account today I would be credited $10 that I could use for my purchase today. I did so and see no credit. So instead of using paypal to transfer the funds I'll just pay the merchant directly and do so from now on if I've been lied to so paypal can access my banking information.

Got an explanation that the credit isn't towards that purchase but will be added within a few weeks. Ok, fine.  Today I got an e-mail telling me I got my credit. Woohoo! Only problem? It's a $5 credit. So, where's my other $5???

I just got that same "here's your money!" email... but instead of $10, I got $5 too!  it's only taken 1-month and then they are $5 short.  smh.
