I purchased grass seed mats/sheets from vieqp Co Ltd when they arrived it was just felt fabric, different colour and no seeds in the fabric. Queried with the company they were adamant the warehouse has sent the correct item but this seems to be a scam I’ve seen other complaint about the same thing. They even charged me the wrong amount, when queried said was a computer error refunded me part back again this is happening all the time. I raised a claim thru PayPal they said the customer will refund if I return tracked to china! It will cost me more than the £20 I paid for the fraud items. Why is PayPal making me return them before a refund. I thought buyer protection protected us from this? What’s the point of they protection policy if they don’t help. I’m at a loss what to do. I feel the company is getting away with fraud on a massive scale and PayPal are allowing them to carry on. What can I do?
