Hello there all, could you  tell me how i make a refundable deposit to someone. I bought a Diesel Inlet pipe on ebay, it clearly stated in his advert that i must make a deposit of 50 pounds to him before he sends item, this is so he is sure I will return old item when i have removed it from car, only trouble is he did not make use of ebay in proper way, i do not know if there is any way of doing this on eBay but he should have demanaded more money from me in the first place. I really need this pipe but i do not want to be ripped off, now i do not think that he would rip me off but there is a chance as ebay says the email he gave me to make payment to was not the one registered with themselves. I am waiting for a returned item that I sent back.......last month but they are refusing to send it back till I withdraw the complaint about themselves, you see I made a complaint seeing as they did not know how to speak English and were having trouble in what I was saying to them. They finally agreed for me to send them back, but now they are refusing to send the computers back to me till I withdraw the complaint, the only problems with this are that : 1) If I withdraw the complaint, can I make another complaint if they do not send them back to me. 2)The complaint I made last month has already timed out and Is no longer shown as me being able to cancel it.
